Development at Triangle
Triangle was founded with the aim to provide housing for woman and children suffering from domestic violence on the North Coast.
This aim evolved to include developing properties for those with a learning disability and in later years accommodation for general families across Northern Ireland.
The development team continue to add to our housing stock through a number of means:
- Developing schemes for families and or persons with a learning disability from design stage to completed home.
- Purpose built homes for applicants nominated by NIHE.
- Purchasing Existing Satisfactory Purchases, (ESP) from the open market. These properties meet government requirements for social housing.
- Purchasing Off The Shelf (OTS), from the open market. These newly completed properties meet government requirements for social housing.
Areas which properties can be purchased or developed depend on social need as identified by Northern Ireland Housing Executive in their Unmet Need Prospectus.
Staff within the Development team have a wealth of experience and are happy to answer questions about potential development opportunities.
