Triangle Housing Association is pleased to confirm it has secured We invest in people GOLD accreditation within the Investors in People Framework. This acknowledges the organisation’s commitment to using the framework for many years, affirming a significant journey of change. Most importantly it recognises staff in all their teams for everything they do and achieve, and how they support each other. It also reflects what people think, feel and experience about the organisation as a place of work.

Stephanie McCutcheon, an IiP specialist and assessor considered responses from an employee survey, along with a wide range of associated documentation, as well as speaking on a one-to- one basis with 34 Triangle staff.  One of the most encouraging statements from a staff member in the feedback report states,

‘Everybody is working towards shared goals.’

Since first achieving IiP recognition in 2005, Triangle has continually invested in the development and engagement of a staff team which has grown to over 470.  Specific examples have included employee wellbeing interventions and the delivery of a varied learning & development programme.

Speaking on the recent achievement, Noel Dunlop (Chairperson) and Chris Alexander (Chief Executive) stated, ‘Triangle continually strives to promote a values-based culture, inspiring behaviours and practice that help build better lives for many people in our community. It can involve building social houses, allocating and maintaining them, building community, providing support and care to those with disabilities and helping many individuals prepare for and move into employment.  In all these pursuits, we are immensely proud of and thankful to our committed & talented employees’.
